About Me

I am a nursery nurse working locally in BIshop's Stortford. I've been in Childcare for 6 years. I am hardworking and love working with children of all ages. I currently work in the 2-3 room.

I love planning activities for children and I love to get messy and go out, exploring different environments.

I am reliable with just 1 sick day in the past year and always arrive to work on time. I am a very sociable person and enjoy socializing with different people. I am also very confident in my work and feel that I can bring a lot into a home environment.

I love to drive so driving to different places would be perfect for me. I have use of my own car.

I am currently looking for a position where I can still pay my rent each month. I am open to part time, as long as the salary is right. I am happy to clean, do washing and I am fine with animals.

My Experience

I have worked in a nursery for 6 years now. I have worked with children aged 3 months to 5 years and did some placement working with children 5 years to 7 years. I am currently based in the baby room in my nursery but I have worked in all rooms. I have done other babysitting jobs within the nursery and outside the nursery, putting them to bed, giving them dinner and keeping them entertained.

I have experience in planning different activities based around the age of the child and I have experience in providing a caring and secure environment helping children with their development. I have experience with the EYFS as well and with making learning journals for the children which I would be happy to do at a home environment as well.

I've been on different training courses including talks about behaviour in children and a talk about Special Educational Needs.

My Qualifications

I have a level 3 in children's care, learning and development. I have a CRB.

I have a current first aid.

My Availability

I will be available full time, after handing in 1 month's notice. I can work Monday to Friday at any times that you would need me. I am flexible and could stay on late or do some extra babysitting if needed.

My Fees

Nannying from £9.00 per hour (gross)

I don't have a set fee at the moment but I would be looking for a bit more than my salary that I am currently on.
