Wouldn’t recommend for children safety

I want to recommend but I can’t lie as safety of children is key.
We really liked Alice and she seemed good with our son and was good for short notice but something started to unsettle us after she was abit rude via messages and wanted to stay at our home so we brought a camera to keep an eye and are forever grateful we did.
She had our son while we went out and we checked the camera she was no where to be seen for 15minutes she then ree appeared on her phone must I add our son is autistic and shouldn’t be left alone for his own safety as he has no awareness of danger but he also has his dinner with him and has no concepts of not putting it all in his mouth and chocking.
When Alice re appeared she sat on the sofa near our son didn’t check him and was on her phone talking to someone about men and what has recently happened. Our son laid on the other sofa with his food he was putting in his mouth and slowly falling asleep we immediately made our way home. Once home she was shocked we was back I checked first my son was safe then had a word with her about it and told her we wouldn’t be able to trust her again she become really upset and apologetic I explained safety has to come first and this was a massif safe guarding issue. She didn’t seem to care or understand this only about her self and went on about how she had just become homeless and she wasn’t doing best she wants coping or mentally okay I said you shouldn’t be with kids right now then she said she needed to for money I understood this so reminded her that she can do household help rather than be with kids until she is mentally well. We then paid her (out of sympathy) and let her go. We have never once recieved an apology or anything. I think she needs more training with children and chocking before looking after any children again.

A Wonderful, Engaging and Caring Nanny/Babysitter!

I am delighted to recommend Alice as a babysitter and nanny for your child(ren). As a parent who has used her childcare services since August 2023, I have been very impressed by the care and support she has provided to my family and five children. Alice is very engaging and also brings new ideas, activities and games to the children to maintain their interest and broaden their experience.

My youngest is now 1, almost 2, and eldest is 9, so they have a range of interests and needs, but Alice supports each of them with knowledge and insight, always tailoring her support to each of my children. She has developed a strong bond with the children and they are always excited to spend time with her.

Alice has a very positive attitude and is a dedicated and reliable individual. Alice is always keen to develop her knowledge and understanding and regularly undertakes additional training to increase the depth of support she is able to provide.

One of my children has ADHD and her patience with him is invaluable. I always know my children will be safe, happy and looked after in Alice's care and I am more than certain that you will feel the same way if she was to care for your child or children.

Alice is amazing, our son loves her!

Alice has been looking after our son for a long time now and has built a fantastic relationship with him. Alice has been very flexible and even picked our son up from school. Alice is kind, considerate, and has a great level of patience when it comes to dealing with a challenging time. I would highly recommend Alice if you are looking for help. Our son has additional needs and Alice took the time to get to know the challenges and finds ways that help not just him but us too. Thank you Alice you're a star.
