Reliable, flexible, knowledgeable and warm

Julia was a fab after-school nanny for our two girls, she brought a great sense of calm and caring to the family and the children were so excited that she was a Grandmaster in Dobble!!

She collected the girls from school and ensured that they made all of their activities on-time in the right kit (no small feat!) She read, fed and interacted with the children in a firm and fair way.

If circumstances on our side changed we would have her back in a flash. Happy to provide references to any future family.

not good experience

Julia had agreed to start with us, met us and boys and then three days before start day she emailed to say she wouldn't start with no real reasoning. Her communication with us from the start was poor, she did not either disclose a car accident to us from the previous job until late in the process and only after a fair bit of extra questioning. She also wanted to be 'Self employed' so not via payroll so we didn't agree that. All red flags that we should have acted on in the prior weeks.
