Tina has been a full-time childminder for our daughter for the past three years, and we truly cannot express how grateful we are for the incredible care and guidance she has provided. During this time, our daughter has flourished in so many ways. Thanks to Tina’s nurturing and patient approach, she has learned an array of new skills, from language development to social interaction, and has grown into a confident and curious little girl.
Tina’s home is always filled with a wide variety of toys and educational activities, making it a place where our daughter not only feels comfortable but is also constantly engaged and learning through play. Whether it's arts and crafts, imaginative play, or outdoor activities, Tina always ensures that each day is filled with fun and learning.
Beyond her home, Tina has introduced our daughter to a wealth of social experiences. She has regularly taken her to different playgroups, parks, and community events, allowing her to meet new friends and explore the world around her. These outings have been so important for our daughter’s development, and we’ve seen her thrive because of the rich social environment Tina has created.
Tina’s impact on our lives has been nothing short of remarkable. Her kindness, reliability, and dedication have meant the world to us, and she quickly became not just a childminder, but a cherished member of our family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as such a key figure in our daughter’s early years and will always be thankful for the love and care she has shown.

Tina is simply the best childminder there is. She has been wonderful, so caring, kind and I couldn't recommend her more.
She deeply cares for the children in her care and treats them like her own children. There is nothing more daunting than leaving your child to a complete stranger, yet with Tina you can be confident your child will be well looked after.
Tina has been our childminder for over 7 years and has looked after both my daughters on a full-time basis and then moved to before and after school care. She offers an amazing selection of books, toys and activities. She has a big garden and a play house so even when they are home, the children are never stuck indoors. She takes the children to lots of local parks, local playgroups and activities (rhyme time etc) and library. She also arranges forest school for the children. Tina also takes the children to soft play and to the beach during the summer so she really offers an amazing opportunity for children to explore various activities.
I met Tina when i was on maternity leave and saw how fantastic she is with children and wanted her and no one else for my child.Tina is extremely friendly and caring, she always smiles and her positivity is contagious. She really gave my daughters the best start in life. She really is part of our family now.

Tina has been a second family member to my son since he was 9 months. Was heartbreaking when I left him for the first time with a "stranger" since I'm from another culture. But, as soon I saw how Pedro connecting emotionally with her, it seemed that they knew each other already from another place, I felt safe and happy! :)
I own so much to Tina for her commitment, respect, and determination in helping build an Honest, Truthful, Determined, Skilled and Happy child towards my expectations! THANK YOU!
These last two years, covid, were challenging, Tina and I were always on the same page regarding the decisions for both of us about Pedro and her family's safety. Everyone was involved and determined to keep Pedro's development on track. Thankfully, we're capable to keep the goals achieved - communication, interaction, individual skills, etc. from him!
Finally, I couldn't be more thankful for the way your family took onboard and the relation they (all) developed around Pedro :).
Pedro will always (his words) "Love you so much, Tina."

Tina has been my childminder for 8 years, tomorrow will be our last day before my youngest heads off to secondary school and I have to say, we’re so sad to be saying goodbye although we’ll stay in touch. Tina has made Ollie feel like part of the family, she’s kind, caring, professional and an all round wonderful person and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough, one of the best decisions I made was choosing her as the person to care for my children. Absolutely fabulous childminder with a comfortable and safe setting.

We started using Tina when our daughters were 4 years and 16 months. Tina is so kind and welcoming that the children settled in straight away and have loved being with her ever since. The range of activities that Tina does with them is incredible - most days they come home with a different arts and crafts creation. Tina also concentrates on the learning activities. Updates and photographs are uploaded to Baby's Days so you can see what they got up to during the day.
We use 'you will not go to Tina's house' as a way to get the children to behave, which is probably the best testament to what a wonderful childminder Tina is. We would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone. We are moving away otherwise I think the girls would be with Tina forever!

Tina has been looking after my 2 boys since they were both 6 months old and after 6 amazing years we are very sad to be leaving her to move abroad.
From day one Tina bounded with the children and instantly gained my and their trust. She has developed an amazing relationship with the boys and despite being happy to come home with me, they have always been excited to see her in the morning and often asked me during the weekends or holidays when if they would go back to see Tina.
Tina is very professional, caring and fun. She is very creative and makes even little things an adventure for the children. She has wonderful ideas not only to entertain the children but also to arouse their curiosity and interest. Each month she will have a different theme and adapt the activities based on the children’s age and interests. She also takes the children to different toddler groups making sure they socialise with other children and are prepared when time to start school has arrived.
Tina always makes the time at the end of the day to take me through the activities done with the children, shared pictures and artwork with us. She advised and supported me on a many occasions where I needed some reassurance and guidance. Potty training for example has been challenging for my first son. She gave me many tricks, ideas and encouragement.
Tina’ setting is not only Tina but her lovely family too. My children felt part of Tina’s family and they constantly talk about Tina’s sons and Mark her husband.
We are truly going to miss them all and she has set the bar very high, probably impossible for me to find someone as good as her to be caring for my children.

After three years, we are incredibly sad to be leaving Tina due to a house move. My son first started going to Tina's at 13 months old when I went back to work. He is now four and it has been a wonderful three years.
Right from when I first met Tina, it was clear from her warmth and overall loveliness that I could trust her with the care of my son. The love and care she shows to each child in her care is a joy to witness.
Tina has always taken time to understand my son - his likes, dislikes and foibles! She plans fantastic activities both in the home and out and about. I have seen him learn and grow through his time with Tina. A case in point is when his nursery school teacher outright told me my son was colour blind. I told Tina who was sure that that wasn't the case. Within a week he had his colours nailed.
Tina is kind, warm, caring, unflappably calm and, as attested by my son, really good fun.
We are incredibly sad to be losing her. If it was feasible to commute up from our new home in Herne Bay back to Eltham to Tina's house, we would! But it means that some new lucky child gets the privilege of being cared for by her - a very lucky child!

Our Daughter has been with Tina since June 2015. We specifically, at the time wanted to find an environment for her which was homely and welcoming, as we weren’t quite ready to send her to a nursery. When we found Tina we felt this immediately and we knew that she would feel comfortable, and at home, as well being with other children and learning new things that was important for us too.
Tina has always been professional but warming and welcoming and our Daughter loves going to her and the other children - she is very fond of Tina, which is great for us as it makes it easier leaving our child as she’s happy to go there.
We are continuously impressed with the range of activities that the children do with Tina, and the things they learn about too - she always has so much fun!
We are more than happy to recommend Tina, and we will be very sad, just as our daughter will be to leave Tina’s care in January when she starts Pre School.

Cameron has been with Tina since June 2013, from day one I can honestly say he has never once been upset with me leaving him which is reassuring that I made absolutely the right choice. He’s so happy there and really loves it.
I’m very impressed how Tina follows the NYFS and offers a wide variety of toys and the activities, Cameron is always coming home with a picture or something creative that they've made. I’ve really seen Cameron progress since he’s spent time with Tina.
He is a very polite well behaved little boy and i'm very pleased that Tina has the same values as me regarding manners and saying please and thank you.
While Cameron is always pleased to see me at the end of the day he’s never desperate to go home and is always happy and smiling. From day one I’ve felt very comfortable to ask questions about what Cameron's been doing during the day.
Tina gives Cameron breakfast, takes him to school (he goes to nursery in the morning) and picks him up at lunchtime and he spends the afternoon with her and she also give him dinner. Tina also takes Cameron to afternoon play group sessions, friends houses and the park, all the things I would do if it could.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tina, she is an absolutely outstanding childminder, she has a really lovely manner with my son and he absolutely adores her and her children. She has all the qualities you'd wish for in childminder, she's genuinely exceptionally kind, calm and patient & very reliable.

Tina Brooks is a wonderful mum, friend and child-minder. Tina has been caring for my two children, Finley aged 11 and Bradley aged 7, for the last two years. She has been collecting my children from school every day and from 11th November she will be taking my children to school as well as my hours will be now different at work. My two boys love every minute of their time with her and her three fabulous sons. Her own children are a real credit to her as they are very polite, friendly, happy and kind natured. Her sons and mine have formed great friendships and so get on very well whilst they are being minded by her.
Tina is a completely trust-worthy person who is adored by the children she minds, their parents and all children that she is in the company of. She is absolutely lovely to be around. She’s energetic, always happy, fun, patient and empathetic towards all children’s needs. She is very professional in the job she does and can be firm when needed. All these qualities make her a perfect child-minder. I feel very privileged to have found such a wonderful person to look after and keep my children safe whilst I work.
