Pam’s Daycare has been absolutely fantastic for my little boy who attended from the age of 16 months to 3 years.
Pam and Tonio became like family to Albie, and they always welcomed him into their setting with open arms. They really do go above and beyond to ensure that each child has a brilliant time. They take the older children out on day trips to the park and to soft play, and also invite a variety of external teachers such as “Dancing with Izzy” and “Musical Oren” to come and host classes and create even more fun for and variety for the children!
Tonio also sets up a big bouncy castle in the warmer months so the children can enjoy the sun and have fun with their best friends.
Pam and Tonio really do dedicate so much of their time to ensure that the children are looked after so well. They cook a variety of home cooked meals every day (breakfast, lunch and dinner is all included) Albie loved their Chilli Carni!
Their communication is also exceptional - It was so re-assuring to receive regular updates and pictures of our son to learn what he was doing during his days.
It was also lovely to receive regular arts and crafts that they had helped Albie to create - they are just so thoughtful. We will be sad not to be receiving the Albiesaurus this year ha ha!
Pam and Tonio really are two very special people and we will be so sad to leave their setting.
We would 10000% recommend sending your child there if you get the chance.

We very highly recommend Pam and Tonio! We feel so lucky to have a place where our child is loved and cared for.
They regularly go out and take part in fun activities (park, playgroups, farm, soft play). Our child particularly likes playing outdoors, and their garden is set up so well for outdoor play. In the summer, they regularly have the paddling pool out / water play.
We are kept up to date constantly throughout the day, with photos and notes. Communication is excellent.
As well as this, they've been great at offering advice when we are unsure as first-time parents.
We can not rate them highly enough! They have taken incredible care of our child, and he has come on leaps and bounds since starting there. Pam and Tonio are so kind, caring and compassionate with our child, he loves going to childcare there. 100% recommend!

We have been attending Pam and Antonio's for over a year to care for our now 3 year old, and we have nothing but positive feedback.
Our little one by nature finds it hard to attach to new people, but Pam and Antonio's is really a home from home setting that made it easier to connect to - they are an amazing family with lots of love to give.
They have shown a deep understanding of our little one's development, tailoring activities and learning experiences to interests and abilities. They have been incredibly responsive, keeping us updated every day with notes and pictures and addressing any concerns we had promptly. Our little one even on weekends sometime asks now if we can go to Pam's.
The personal touch is evident in the way they engage with our little one, making them feel special and valued. We highly recommend Pam and Antonio's to any parent seeking a childminding service that goes beyond typical day care and really feels like leaving your child with close friends during the day.

Our daughter entered Pam's Daycare from the age of 10 months until 3 years old. We could have not hoped for a more safe, loving and nurturing environment for her, and she very quickly settled in.
The day was structured with stimulating activities centred around them learning through fun play. Painting, singing, reading books together, games exploring textures, colours, numbers, emotions etc. and regularly coming home with crafts she had made. Pam's Daycare prided itself on taking them out as much as the weather permitted which is something i found other childcare providers didn't do. My daughter's all time favourite was being part of Tonio's band. Disco's and parties celebrating events and milestones was also a firm favourite.
The weekly menu was fantastic. Food was cooked fresh every day and varied to ensure nutritional requirements were met. My daughter would eat food at Pam's Daycare that we could never get her to even try at home. Her love of watermelon comes from her time at the nursery.
The premises are spotless and all equipment and toys are clean and of excellent quality. Pam is full of energy and charisma - children can not help but warm to her. She ensures all children are involved and engaged including those with a more timid character.
An App documented nap time, nappy changes, meal times etc and photos were provided daily. However Pam or Tonio provided a daily summary on how the day panned out and what she enjoyed doing.
We are so happy that our daughter had this time developing under Pam & Tonio's care. Her confidence and personality has blossomed and I feel that's down to their nurturing environment.

We can only thank our lucky stars for having found the labour of love that is Pam’s Daycare: it’s intimate, it’s joyful, it’s creative, it’s loving. The magic sauce is Pam and Tonio: warmer and kinder people you would be at pains to find, and it’s entirely their personalities that makes every morning going there a joy and every evening leaving there a struggle. They have a way with kids that is natural, nurturing and confident, and they are tireless in creating fun activities, making delicious meals, going on excursions, come rain or shine.
If you’re looking for a nursery this isn’t it; it’s a home, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Pam and Tonio for having welcomed our two boys with such warmth into it.

Our little boy has been going to Pam and Tonio’s for almost a year now and we feel so lucky to have found them.
Our son has flourished. We’ve seen him go from a nap-resisting nine-month-old, with a fair bit of separation anxiety, to a super happy 21-month-old toddler who giggles with delight and runs to the door when he sees “Toto” arrive to pick him up.
Every day, we look forward to seeing the photos Pam shares of the fun they have - trips to the farm and soft play, music classes, many MANY hours in the park and loads of imaginative crafts (which come home with them!). Every day, our son comes home with new words and skills.
Our little boy also loves the excellent and varied home cooked meals Pam and Tonio prepare - and, of course, he loves Shico, the dog too.
The genuine love, care and thoughtfulness Pam and Tonio show each and every child is what makes them really special. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

As a first time parent, the prospect of placing my daughter in someone else’s care was daunting. Sure, I needed someone who would keep my daughter safe, fed and happy, but I wanted more than that. I wanted her caregiver setting to add value to her life through learning, friendships, and play.
These are high orders in an area where supply and demand doesn’t particularly work in our favour. Despite reaching out to several nurseries and childminders from my pregnancy, I still hadn’t found “the one” just four months before I was due to return to work.
Thankfully, this was when I found Pam. A mum in a local parents group shared that her nanny was opening up a daycare. Her rave review intrigued me. I had to meet this woman!
Pam and I arranged to meet in a local park, and while I viewed the meeting as one between the two of us. She immediately introduced herself to my daughter. Of course! This isn’t about me. This is about my baby and their connection.
Fast forward a year later, and my daughter has been in Pam and her husband Tonio’s care for nearly a year. I continue to be blown away by the passion and care they put into their setting.
No day is ever completely the same, with a plethora of art projects, activities, classes, playgroups and field trips to engage the children. Each week has a different educational focus, whether it be a season, holiday, or event. They teach our children about different cultures and traditions around the world, something I appreciate.
Pam sends photos and videos over while the children nap, a highlight of my day. When I show them to friends and family, they tell me they wish they could go to Pam’s. I don’t blame them. It looks like a blast!
I am convinced my daughter being around her friends has accelerated her learning as well. Her first steps came the evening of her settling in day, for example. Her speech is coming along quickly, and she’s fearless as she runs and plays.
I feel so lucky that I found a place that exceeded my high expectations. If you can secure a spot for your child, don’t hesitate!

As a first time parent, I was naturally nervous to leave my daughter with a childcare professional, however Pam was the perfect childcare professional for my daughter and myself.
She made us both at ease, she is very flexible with the settling in process and ensured we were both comfortable. She provides amazing updates so you know what your little one is doing and can share the joy of seeing them have fun and we regularly communicate via whatsapp. The food is amazing and little ones often come home with mementos from the day, there is also a lot of flexibility with naps and potty training.
Although the environment is educational and Pam shares development reports, it is a very child led setting and they learn all they need to know through play and activities and all within a nurturing and loving environment.
She and her team are very safety conscious and have innovative solutions to everyday adventures with the little ones. Kids spend a lot of time outside in the large, purposely build garden and usually have a park visit each day, especially in the warmer months.
They also have amazing teachers who visit such as music and dance and trips out to local soft plays and children's groups, as well as, the actual setting being designed with children in mind and being to a very high standard and impeccably clean.
But most importantly Pam loves my daughter and all the children in her care. My daughter is always talking about her time with Pam and the team and has made friends with the other children there.
They promote inclusion and diversity and celebrate all religious and cultural key dates.
I am beyond grateful that I found Pam, she has helped me so much to transition back to work and she makes my daughter so happy and she has flourished since being in her care. I cannot sing her praises more highly.

The first time we set foot in Pam's daycare, my son couldn't be happier and was like he'd known her for a long time. It was love at first sight, for both baby and parents.
Every week, he looks forward to seeing Pam and Tonio, he loves them so much!
Pam and Tonio are kind and hold great experience with childcare, they understand each child's needs and requirements and it is all very smooth.
The environment is excellent and safe, with lovely energy for the little ones. The outdoor area is magical with all the toys you can imagine and everything is absolutely clean and tidy. Every week there is a theme, followed as such with activities and tasks (which is great for learning and development). Not to mention Shico, who is the sweetest dog.
There's also a lot of singing (Tonio's guitar), water activities in the summer, discipline and lots of fun. Healthy food is on the menu and Leo loves it all.
We also benefit from drop off service, which is amazing!
I could go on and on, on how happy and lucky we are with Pam, and I wish you could have the same experience.

I first met Pam 5 years ago when I was looking for someone to look after my eldest child. I was struck by how enthusiastic and warm she was. Pam and Tonio now care for my younger child. Pam's energy matches that of the children and they see her as not only a playmate but also a friend and loving presence in their life. Pam and Tonio have created the most wonderful environment to care for children within their home and this provides each child with a fun, safe and uplifting space to learn and grown whilst they are away from their own family. They provide healthy delicious meals and have daily activities, as well as spending time in the garden play area all year round. They go on daily excursions and get to play with Pam and Tonio's gentle and well-trained dog. I have absolute faith that my child is receiving the best care and attention possible when with Pam and Tonio. I could not have wished for a better childcare setting than Pam's Daycare.

Our little boy has been at Pam’s Daycare for just over 6 months and it’s really the best decision we’ve made in terms of childcare. Pam and Tonio are exceptionally loving, caring and provide a safe environment in their beautiful setting. Our son looks forward to going to school each day and has developed such a love for Pam and Tonio, together with the wonderful friends he has made at Pam’s Daycare. We are able to work and get on with our daily routine, knowing he is happy, safe and loved.
From a facilities perspective, Pams Daycare is bright and welcoming and all equipment well taken care of. The children are offered a wide variety of fresh and healthy food throughout the day, the quality of food and the variety offered is really a stand out for me. Pam and Tonio really go above and beyond to teach children about the world around them with themes for each week/month which is incorporated into their day to day activities such as art, music, food and outings. My son loves reading time at Pam’s Daycare and gets to play the guitar with Tonio which is very sweet. Come rain or shine, the children get out daily to nearby parks or soft play centres and often have healthy picnics when the weather is good. Each child wears a safety vest with details of Pam’s Daycare which is just another safety measure Pam and Tonio have put in place.
I could go on and on about how wonderful Pam’s Daycare and how happy we are there, we really do count our lucky stars each day that we have such a wonderful couple to look after our boy who has developed such a love for learning and feels safe, loved and confident at Pam’s Daycare. I would highly recommend a visit to Pam’s Daycare is you are looking for the best care for your child. From the moment you walk into the setting and meet Pam and Tonio you sense the love and passion this wonderful couple have for caring for children.

What can I say? The team behind Pam's Daycare are the absolute best. The type you really don’t want to share with others in fear that they'll be too busy when you next have a childminding need, yet they deserve all the promotion they could possibly achieve for their outstanding childminding services.
Pam & Tonu are truly exceptional. They have become an extension to our family and I know, with 100% certainty, they have my daughters best interests at heart whenever in their care. If you’re looking for 1-2-1 care, a small and intimate, safe environment where your child is known, and a service which stimulates your child and takes them outdoors daily (with their beautiful dog, Shico, too), this is the answer. We fell on our feet when we found Pam & Tonu.
We are desperately sad to be taking our daughter out of the area and away from Pam and Tonu, but so grateful for all the love and guidance they have given our daughter. We intend to return to the area and will be straight back in touch for future care.
This is an absolute gem. I was bewildered by the options when I set out looking for initial care and couldn’t be happier, or ever fault, their services.

Our son has attended Pam’s Daycare since April 2021. We had trouble settling him at nursery and with the first childminder we tried - with Pam it was a completely different experience. Pam went above and beyond to make sure to get to know our son and our family and help him to be comfortable with her and the setting so the settling in was as easy as possible. She is a natural with children with a warm, affectionate and enthusiastic approach. Our son also adores Tonio (Pam’s assistant and husband) and Shico (the most laid back and gentle spaniel I have met!).
The setting is brilliant and we particularly like that the children spend so much time outdoors, whether in the covered area of the garden or through the daily trips to the nearby park. Pam puts a lot of thought into the activities and themes which she plans for the children on a daily basis. Our son frequently comes home with new words or skills learned at Pam’s and has even picked up a few words of Portuguese!
Pam is great at keeping in contact and provides daily updates with photos/ videos which lets us see how our son is getting on and how much he is enjoying his day!
We use the pick-up/ drop-off service which is a great time-saver. Our son loves being picked up and going in the car with Tonio and the other children. Tonio always takes the time at the end of the day to give us an update on how our son’s day has been, how he has slept, what he has eaten etc.
We are so happy we found Pam and her family and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I met Pam as she used to be a nanny for a friend's child a while ago and from time to time I met her at children's playgroups over the years.
I noticed how careful and dedicated she was towards the children she was in charge. While some carers and parents (including myself) would be chatting away, Pam was fully focused on the child she was taking care of, playing and giving her full attention. Also it was easy to notice how good she was with children and how much they liked her.
When I heard Pam was now a childminder and I needed extra childcare for my daughter I had no doubt and was very happy to take her to Pam. It's only been about half an year she went to Pam's daycare as my daughter will start in her big sister's school but we are sad to say goodbye as she loves Pam and going to her house. She is always so happy to go and always have the best time. Always fun and different activities and a such a great variety of toys she loves to play with.
My older daughter has also been to Pam's daycare for ad hoc childcare and loved it, she wishes she could go to Pam's rather than school and always ask if Pam could come and babysit her one day at our home.
I won't hesitate to contact Pam in the future for ad hoc childcare if she has availability.
The most important thing for me is that my children are safe and happy and they are at Pam's. There are very
few people I trust my children with and Pam is definitely one of them.

Pamela has been our nanny since October 2019 and has looked after my son (now 2 years) since he was 10 months old and my daughter (now 8 months) from birth. Pamela has been the most amazing nanny to our children and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. From when I first met Pamela I knew she would be fantastic with children – she is full of energy and has an infectious smile and personality. Our children adore her and although we are sad that she will no longer be our nanny, we will definitely be sending our children to Pam’s Daycare as we couldn’t imagine our children being in better hands.
It is clear that Pamela loves children and they love her. She is a natural at developing relationships with children but also establishes clear boundaries so that they know she is in charge. She is patient and calm with our children, always talking and singing to them and explaining what they are doing. My son always surprises me with the things he has learnt - at the moment this is confidently counting to 10 or knowing his shapes and colours. This is down to the time Pamela spends with him, helping him learn in a fun way, through play and plenty of positive reinforcement. It is clear that she has had lots of prior experience with children and has lots of techniques for alleviating any baby/toddler challenges!
Pamela is always doing fun activities with the children, whether this is going on outings to parks or museums or staying indoors doing arts and crafts. Our children have also developed a lovely bond with Pamela‘s dog Shico. Our son spent a lot of lockdown in the park with Shico as his playmate and he is always asking after Shico when he is not with him. We always say how great it is that he has all the benefits of having a pet without us having to have our own! Pamela cooks healthy and nutritious meals for the children and has allowed them to experience a variety of foods and flavours meaning that they are not at all fussy eaters. I don’t think anything she has cooked for them has ever been rejected! Pamela also helped with weaning my daughter.
Aside from being outstanding with children, Pamela is also very professional in her approach and has been a dream to work with. She is extremely reliable and punctual and has never taken a day off sick. Pamela has always been flexible if we have been stuck at work or on a delayed train and she has always been available if we needed babysitting in the evenings/weekends. Pamela is also great at capturing moments on camera and sends us lots of beautiful photos, videos and updates throughout the day. Pamela is clearly dedicated to her job and this shows through her hard work and professionalism. Pamela is very passionate about making Pam’s Daycare a beautiful setting for children to enjoy and flourish into confident individuals and we are looking forward to sending our children there and embarking on this new chapter with her.
