Our experience with TW Kids has been incredible, our little one had a very bad experience with a nursery and when we found Suzanne and her team, our lives changed for the better. Our daughter settled very well and in just a couple of days, she was happily attending the setting. They are very professional and kind, their communication is excellent and are very caring with the kids.
They do a range of activities from walks to the park, dancing, visiting animals at a local pet shop, playing games as a team, singing, storytelling, and lots of crafts, we absolutely love to see all these incredible creations.
I recommend them without a doubt.

Words can't express how lucky I feel to have found TW Kids! Their care for the children truly is exceptional and my 17 month old daughter settled amazingly well from day 1 and is always excited to go to 'Kids Club'. She hasn't cried once on handover! I feel 100% reassured that Elia is cared for like family and that she is in very experienced hands!

My daughter started just before her second birthday and it has been the perfect setting. All the staff are lovely and the facilities are amazing. They have access to a lovely garden and so many toys! Suzanne has a garage full! Suzanne is accommodating if an extra day is required here and there and communication is top notch. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We were incredibly anxious at the thought of leaving our one-year-old son for the first time when we found a place for him at Tunbridge Wells Kids. We discovered TWK after being let down by another childminder in the next village to us. What a blessing in disguise this was! Although quite a drive for us to get to, sending him to TWK was the best decision we could have made. The setting is the best of both worlds, officially it’s a childminder setting, but it operates like a small nursery, as Suzanne employs a small team working alongside her from her home, which we found really reassuring.
Suzanne and the team have cultivated a fun and sensory learning environment, the children are always eager to get inside and get stuck in. Some days I don’t even get a goodbye kiss! They are also completely flexible when it comes to nap times, so the children can nap when and where they like, for as long as they need. This isn’t always the case at other places.
Fun and games aside, TWK are also incredibly organised and vigilant taking health and safety responsibilities very seriously. Unfortunately, we didn’t get this impression from all the settings we visited before we found TWK.
To everyone at TWK, thank you for caring for and nurturing our son during his first year in childcare, he has grown from a baby to a little boy, learning to share and play with others confidently – his personality has really begun to shine.

I was amazed at how quickly my daughter settled into this setting. It is warm, friendly and she always goes in happily. The observations and daily photos put it in a place above other child minders. Spotlessly clean with a brilliant range of daily activities, we have been really happy here.

My daughter has been at TW kids for nearly a year, and I can't recommend them enough. Susanna takes all the children's health and safety very seriously, while still remaining very warm, approachable and nurturing.
Susanna has hired some really wonderful caregivers who I have complete confidence in. I think there is a good balance of structured play and free chilled play. It's a cosy home away from home vibe, and we love it!

Where to begin?
Kyz is my baby. He has always been smart, ahead, opinionated, so loving, free, creative and a brave softy, it was important we found a good place for him as nursery was making him act out, regress etc and it just wasn’t right. If you knew my son, he is shy initially, when visiting Su’s house he was IMMEDIATELY playing and happy. The energy there is light, happy, loving. I feel like I send my son to a house of nans/aunts, siblings. I love that it is a home from home, we have real conversations on pick up and drop off. I’m not from Twells so it’s like I have family too. I’ve even shed a tear or two with Tracy! Two ladies there are Muslim and helped my son a daughter (who is at school) love Islam and have an interest! My children are bi-racial so I loved the diversity.
I personally cannot put into words how sad I am to be leaving there in September, feel like I’m losing a part of my family too!! In just a short few months my son has became more educated, calmer, happy, independent and so many more, he LOVES school and friends he made! I only wish we found them sooner!
So I will enjoy our last few months, and when I have a baby (if my husband gets his way) we will be back a million percent. Thank you for everything, all of you, the laughs, conversations and being real people who love the kids and their jobs. You will all be remembered and missed! ❤️

My son has been going to Suzanne for about a year now and has absolutely thrived since being with her! Just within as little as a couple of weeks of my son being at TW kids I saw a huge change in him, he gets so excited to go, loves doing all the arts/crafts, games and interacting! The staff are so kind, helpful and really care for the children. Love getting daily updates and photos about what my son has been doing during his day with Suzanne. Highly recommend, best decision for my son was choosing for him to go to Suzanne.

Having moved to the area just before our daughter’s 2nd birthday we were looking for an environment that would allow her to feel settled and secure to help with the adjustment of moving. TW kids did this and more. The entire staff have been so caring and helpful and our daughter has really blossomed whilst her time there. We are all going to miss everyone at TW kids and couldn’t recommend them more highly to look after your little one.

My son has been attending TW kids for 2 years and he has loved it since day 1!
All the staff are kind, warm and welcoming and Suzanne the owner ensures that any new staff taken on are of a very high standard.
There is a vast range of toys that get rotated every day. Leo also loves making arts and crafts with the staff and the huge garden. They take regular trips out and always partake in a range of engaging activities.
We are kept up to date with my son’s day on the EYLog app and receive reports on his development.
I would highly recommend TW kids to everyone for its outstanding care but mainly because the staff are fantastic and I know Leo is well cared for.

After initially being apprehensive about putting our 1.5 year old daughter into childminding where having a stay at home parent for so long we were pleasantly surprised to see how much fun she was having.
Daily photo updates as her coming home with new words we didn’t teach her and babbling her friends names gave us the confidence to per her in there full time.
Suzanne and her team do a great job and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

Suzanne and her lovely staff has been looking after my daughter since November 2020, 5 days per week, 7-8 h per day. Luiza always had such a great time at Suzanne's setting. My main aim was for my daughter to spend time with children and to socialise but she has gained so much more from being with Suzanne and her amazing staff.
Luiza's confidence, learning and development has come on leaps and bounds. I thank God that I found Suzanne to support me and my daughter. Thank you Suzanne 🙏

My 2 year old son has been at TW Kids for the past 8 months, and over that time I’ve seen his confidence continue to grow and his development has come on leaps and bounds. Suzanne’s team are all incredibly caring and communicative - you are always kept up to date on what they’ve been doing in the day, usually with some sort of arts and crafts and often with a trip to the local park. Suzanne’s set up is incredible, with the outdoor space a real highlight for the children in the warmer months. I would absolutely recommend this childcare setting to anyone.

Our son is really happy at TW Kids and gets on really well with Suzanne and all of the staff there who really care about the children and have a passion for what they do. It is a very caring and nurturing setting and we have seen our son's confidence grow considerably since he's been going there. They do lots of educational arts and crafts, have trips out to the local parks, farms etc, and have lots of free play time with the many toys. Suzanne has a lovely garden and gets out the paddling pool and mini bouncy castle in the summer months which our son loves. We would highly recommend TW Kids.

Home from home is probably the best description for this loving and nurturing setting. Our daughter and son have both flourished and improved their communication skills. It seems like everyday there has been a new activity or craft to show us and new memory to share. Both have been quick to make friends too. Receiving an everyday update with photos has been lovely too so I know what they are getting up to while I am at work. Could not recommend more highly.

My son started a while ago abs was really hard work to settle tw kids worked with me abs him so that we was both comfortable with the transfer back to work and that my son was happy in his new child care
My son now loves childcare abs can’t wait to get there. The staff are all amazing and I highly recommend tw kids.
The home is set up perfect for all ages of children and the garden is amazing.
The children are often taken on trips out or down to the local park.

My daughter joined Susanne in November, 2020. We originally planned to stay for a month only(pandemic, furlough etc) as an introduction to social life for my little one before she moves on to a big nursery. During the uncertain pandemic times Susanne has been very flexible and understanding with our ever changing needs of childcare. Sofi settled sooo well and always was happy to go to "Susu's". During our stay at TWKids, Sofi has learned so much and was always looked after. We live in Bells Yew Green, around 15 min drive each way to the TWKids, which for us is a bit of a downside, although having looked through numerous childminders and nurseries I decided for Sofi to join Susanne's setting, as it is always spotless clean(one of my most important criterias), staff is very warm and welcoming.
Currently I have reconsidered my decision to join a big nursery and planning to return to TWKIDS once the lockdown issues are resolved.

We moved to the area two years ago and at the time I thought I would never find a childminder like the one we left behind in London - I WAS WRONG! TW Kids surpassed everything we had encountered before in our last childminder and it really is an amazing setting. My daughter absolutely loves Suzanne and her team of girls and she has come on leaps and bounds. She barely looks round when we drop her off each morning and I have never felt guilty at leaving her as I know she enjoys it there so much. Suzanne's garden is amazing and I can't wait for her to spend some more time out there when we get some nicer weather. Her key worker is absolutely lovely and always takes the time to tell me everything that has happened throughout the day and I find this very reassuring. Even when there are other parents waiting behind me to collect their children, she always has the time to talk to me. The past 12 months have been very strange for everyone, but TW Kids has been a constant in our life and I am very grateful that Suzanne and her team have been there. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I've been sending my daughter to Suzanne since she was around 1 year old. Over the last year her speech has developed fantastically as has her counting. She loves being able to play with children of different ages and bringing home all her art work. Suzanne and her team have been great at getting her to eat which can be challenging and keep her well engaged with reading, singing and crafts. Couldn't recommend more!

My son has been going to TW Kids since he was about 13 months old. He’s now 20 months old and we are very happy with the care provided at TW kids. We really like the environment at TW kids, which is unusual in that it is a small group of children of a range of ages and a high adult to child ratio. My son has made a strong bond with his keyworker and I know she can comfort him when I am not there. When I pick him up I can see the children running around and laughing / dancing and the stuff are very cuddly and affectionate with the children which I love. The staff are without exception friendly and warm and I really enjoy hearing about what he’s been up to when I pick him up. We feel very comfortable leaving our son at TW kids while we work which we really do appreciate.

Our son started at TWKids when he was 15 months old, and from the moment we met Suzanne and her team we felt confident that he was in the best possible hands. TWKids offers the personal, homely aspects of a childminders but combines these with a larger group of children to aid socialisation and development, therefore combining the best of a childminders and nursery. Due to a small child to adult ratio, our son gets constant adult interaction and support to help him develop and have fun! Each day we are updated on what he has been doing through an app, but even more importantly the keyworkers always give us a detailed verbal handover when we pick him up. On the odd occasions that he has been teething etc we are always kept updated throughout the day if he needs calpol or has needed lots of comfort. This really gives you peace of mind as a parent. It is clear that our son truly enjoys his days at TWKids due to him always going in with a smile and a wave and ‘chatting’ about his day on the way home. He has formed a strong bond with his key worker, and chats about her at home, as well as having a soft spot for the other wonderful carers at TWKids (as do we!). It is very apparent that each child’s interests are nurtured through the choice of toys each day and the planned activities. The carers also explain in detail what he has been up to each day, which demonstrates that they care about the children and are always focused on their personal development. The adults foster a love of songs, actions, stories, art, exploration, the list goes on. They also encourage and support the children to be independent when they can be (toddlers wiping their own hands with cloths after lunch etc), once again doing everything they can to nurture and encourage the children. Even through we have recently moved 25 minutes away we would never consider moving our son to another, closer childcare provider because our son is so happy and the outstanding care he is given is always based around his individual needs and likes. TWKids truly are one in million and care about the children with all their hearts. They inspire my son to grow and learn because of their dedication and kindness and for that we will always be grateful.

I can't recommend TW Kids highly enough, Suzanne and her team offer a friendly supportive fun environment with lots of activities for the children. My son really enjoyed him time there, made friends very quickly and never wanted to leave when I came to pick him up!

My son has been with Suzanne for nearly a year, 4-5 days a week. He’s always been very well looked after and all his health and developmental needs has been met. My son is a VERY active child and he has always been offered a variety of activities to choose from. The staff always made sure that he was properly dressed; not being cold, dirty or wet. His progress has been fantastic, especially that English is not his first language. The app they are using is brilliant as well. Daily notifications keep you updated about everything what the child has done during the day. My son has really enjoyed the time at the nursery and cannot wait to go there again. I am really happy with TW KIDS and I find myself very lucky to find the place where I can leave my son knowing that he is safe getting the best possible care. Six stars out of five. Bravo Suzanne and Team! Keep it up!

It has been of great comfort to me, knowing that Thomas has been in safe, caring hands every morning, but more importantly, he has had a fun and often educational time with you all. It's thanks to the nurturing environment you provide and your encouragement that he has been able to thrive at TWKids, He has also enjoyed helping sometimes with the younger children, which has been an especially important opportunity for him, as he has no younger siblings. For all of this, I can't thank you enough. Thomas will miss you and your assistants very much, as well as your very special cats!
