I am firm but fair with children, loving but also use my initiative to ensure children are cared for at the best I can. Nothing is too much or too little!

I have four beautiful, well-mannered children with my eldest at 26 years old. Lauryn has a Biochemistry Degree, achieved 12 A's on her GCSE's and has worked at Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals, she now works in a leading women's clinic. I am a loving mum but I do adore academics and being pro-active! I am also supported by my husband who is a lawyer in the city.

Experienced with children from newborn to 16 years for various roles.

I am very excited to hear from you!!

I have been with this childminders now for the last few months and am always surprised at how welcoming they are and how nurturing they seem to be. My son is so happy there and doesn't want to leave when I pick him up.
I couldn't imagine him being better anywhere else.

Lydia and the team looked after our 3 yo for a year, they did an amazing job. Our daughter absolutely loves Chloe and Lidya, and so do we, they are really nice people and really have never said no to a single request we've made. Really accommodating, which is great for working parents. They go out most days and do lots of activities, which is great. Our little one was quite clumsy for her age when she started (gross motor skills clumsy) and we've seen a huge improvement this year, i think this is due to lots of outdoor activities. The setting is going through an expansion, which is great and I look forward to seeing what the new areas will be like, but as our girl has now reached 3+ she will move to a big children nursery attached to the school we are hoping she'll attend next year. I wish Lydia, Chloe and the rest of the team all the very best!

The environment that the children were playing in was absolutely lovely and not to mention the staff were so warm and comforting to the children. I was delighted with the way the children were looked after and stuck to a solid routine which I think is vital. Lydia, I think, has an excellent grasp on children's needs and manages the bustling environment with ease but as a mother of three I know it really isn't that easy! I would love to send my children here.
Paula.

Lydia and her team are so caring and do everything they can to make our child and us comfortable. They make the most lovely wall displays with all the children's art and we are daily given personalised books with positive comments about our child's development.
We have never been so happy with childcare before.

I was very surprised to see how dirty this place was given other reviews. Staff was generally nice and baby friendly so nothing bad to say about them but the kitchen was dirty even on a Monday and in the playroom there is a dog that walks and licks toys that babies then play with and put in their mouths. I also saw babies with runny noses walking around with snot running down their noses for a while before being cleaned and after lunch some had faces still covered with food as no one wiped them. I would think twice before sending your child here.

We have known Lydia for many years now and she often comes to babysit, as do her lovely daughters. One night Lydia had my 2 kids and my sister's baby. She had them in bed asleep for 6.59 pm. If anyone can look after 3 crazy kids, it's Lydia!
