Sapphire is such a gentle and kind nanny. I am personally quite an anxious person, especially when it comes to leaving my son in the hands of others, but her calm, nurturing and kind nature put me at ease instantly. She has supported us in getting some much needed sleep (our 15m old still doesn’t sleep through) and we are so grateful! We hope to continue to use sapphires services in future.

Sapphire came to our rescue when our twin boys were 3 months old and we were getting minimal sleep. She helped us get into a routine and with her help the boys sleeping for longer periods overnight. She both did some day and night nannying for us and I always felt very comfortable leaving the boys in her care.
We then sought her out at 10 months when the the boys’ sleep had gone hay wire post heat wave, covid and a house move. She provided a sleep plan for us and got us from 1-2h wakeups with lots of co sleeping to the boys back in their own cots and minimal wakes. She was respectful of boundaries and helped us to find a method that fitted with our tolerance of the boys crying and their temperament.
I would recommend her hands down for both in person nannying and as a sleep consultant.

Sapphire is amazing and we echo everything already said. She came to us initially as a night nanny but also helped on occasional days. We were keen to get our little one into a routine and sleeping through the night and Sapphiire was so helpful in guiding us to (mainly) achieving this. Couldn’t recommend her enough! Our daughter is 15 months now and I still ask Sapphire questions when we are having difficulties. She’s full of helpful tips and information..

Sapphire is the best nanny we've had, it is a shame she is fully booked. She's taught us so much from when my son was first born, we trusted Sapphire with our new born without issues. She was always very gentle and good with our son. ❤️ she has always been an amazing help, especially regarding sleep.

Sapphire worked full time as nanny to our triplet boys for a year and a half from June 2017 to December 2018. She came to us just as I was returning to work after a year of maternity leave, so she looked after our children from roughly 12 to 30 months of age.
My husband and I could not have been more pleased with a nanny than we were with Sapphire. She was amazingly professional and organised, honest and trustworthy, firm yet patient and compassionate, personable, optimistic, and unflappable. She is the type of person who takes pride in her work and is not afraid of tackling a challenge.
Sapphire’s level of care for the children and general energy for the job were unassailable. She cooked healthy hot meals for the kids every day, would regularly batch cook for me, did nearly all the boys’ laundry, and made sure we came home to a tidy house. She always made time to get the kids outside to play, whether around the farm where we lived, or on an outing to a nearby park or playground. She sleep-trained them to nap reliably in morning and afternoon, which ultimately helped them sleep well through the night. She read to the boys every day, and taught them the alphabet and how to count to ten by the time they were 2. She also had them all using the toilet by the time they were 2 and a half.
As an employee, Sapphire was impeccably reliable. She was ten minutes early for work without fail. When an emergency came up, which I believe happened only once in 18 months, she found me a replacement nanny for the day. When she took time off, she always asked well ahead of time and always helped me find cover.
On a personal level, Sapphire was a joy to have around. My husband and I always felt comfortable to discuss things with her regarding the children. As new parents, we felt really lucky to have her experienced perspective on raising kids, and especially multiples. She was also accommodating when my father-in-law or my mother were in town. The grandparents would sometimes tag along on the kids’ outings which was really fantastic for them. Every one of our friends and family who met her liked her and were impressed.
The only reason Sapphire stopped working for us was because I changed jobs and we had to relocate out of the area. We have had good child-carers since that time, but none who could compare to the quality of care and commitment that Sapphire exemplifies. Long after we parted ways, my children still ask after her and her son, Alfie, who was like a big brother to them.
I would highly recommend Sapphire for any childcare role.

Nanny Sapphire was our wedding day nanny and it was the best purchase of our whole wedding!
She was amazing and our 7 month old girl, Erin settled with her immediately.
Erin was fed when we all were eating and napped too during the puddings with Nanny Sapphire not taking her eyes off our little girl sleeping in her pushchair. All small details were considered like taking her headband off while she slept for safety without us thinking about such things or asking her.
She made it possible for our little girl to be part of our day and took all the routine worries (of having a 7 month old) off of our shoulders allowing us to enjoy our whole day.
We received great comments from many of the guests after too, saying how amazing they thought she was and what a great idea they thought it was to have the nanny for the day.
I cannot recommend Nanny Sapphire enough.

Sapphire helped take care of our little boy from about 3-6 months.
She was an excellent nanny and I would highly recommend her. She helped us get into a great routine which made bedtime and nights much easier and helped me better understand my baby’s cues and needs.
She was super flexible which helped with my irregular schedule. She provided lots of helpful advice on sleeping and weaning which we are following with great success.
My little boy always enjoyed his time with her and I am just sad that we’re relocating abroad and cannot take her with us!

Sapphire helped us when my 3rd child was just a few weeks old along with my 22 month old and 3 year old. She had my baby in a routine immediately that she (baby) responded really well to and Sapphire wrote out the timings for me to try and follow on the days she wasn’t working for us.
Sapphire helped me to juggle all 3 children and sometimes had them all by herself. My older children also responded really well to a structured meal & snack time, eating their meals which Sapphire was happy to prepare for them (she has good nutritional knowledge and competent cooking skills), with very little fuss. They would go for their naps, up to the bath or bed time as and when they were asked. Sapphire has a gentle but assertive manner, helped me to get the best behaviour out of my children and understands their programming. She was willing to share tips with me to overcome any difficulties or to get the best out of everyone. She is totally unphased by juggling young children and is happy to get involved with any activities I needed her to, including swimming. The children enjoyed playing with sapphire both free play and more structured learning. She also drives a safe car and was willing to take them out and about to local activity centres. Her time management was very good, not only arriving at work but throughout the day, her awareness of getting the children ready to leave at a certain time and helping to get their bags ready, or being back for nap times, ready to cook meals etc. She is a safe and very competent pair of hands to help with childcare.

Sapphire was an absolute star. Helped us out in an emergency and not only looked after and sing to my baby but also my partner who was laid up in bed.
We contacted Sapphire the night before we needed emergency care and she went above and beyond to ensure we weren't stranded.
We will definitely look at using Sapphire again, hopefully this time given her much more notice.

Sapphire looked after our twin three-year-olds for a week and a half assignment and we were extremely pleased at how quickly she established a rapport with the children.
Sapphire has lots of ideas for fun and learning play activities, both indoors and outdoors, including taking the children on trips to parks. We always had confidence that the children were in very safe, experienced hands.
Sapphire also gave us lots of great advice along the way on a variety of subjects including toilet-training and sleeping. We will be asking her to return before long for sleep consultations.
Based on all the above points we thoroughly recommend Sapphire.

Sapphire is brilliant. We so enjoyed having her as our nanny for a few weeks. Very punctual, fun and engaging with the children. helped with reading and homework and her little boy is a pleasure x

Sapphire is a delight and my son absolutely adores her. He is always so excited when he knows she is coming.
She is very knowledgeable and qualified. She is easy to contact, responsive, and timely. I trust her immensely and know I'm leaving my child in good hands.
I would highly recommend Sapphire to anyone looking for excellent childcare.

Sapphire first started working with my baby when he was about 3 weeks old. He was my first baby and I needed guidance on settling him for naps and establishing a routine. Sapphire helped my baby progress from being fed or rocked to sleep, to becoming an independent sleeper. She also gave me feeding advice and help with all sorts of other issues that cropped up along the way. My baby now naps regularly and is a very happy 8 month old!
Sapphire was always punctual, reliable and great to have around. My son loved spending time with her and he obviously felt safe with her. I used to email Sapphire from time to time with problems or questions and she was always so helpful. Thank you Sapphire!

Sapphire is a truly fantastic nanny and I would recommend her to any family looking for someone very experienced and knowledgeable, as well as enthusiastic and committed to her role.
Sapphire came to help my family when my baby boy was just 3 months old and life was very challenging! With her help we really turned things around - we established a routine that benefited both me and baby, including lots of ideas on settling him to sleep that me and my husband could use that suited our style of parenting, and which worked far more easily than we had expected. Life became much easier, thanks in large part due to Sapphire. She also has a real wealth of knowledge on all aspects of caring for babies, so with her tips and advice I felt very well prepared as my baby boy progressed through different stages.
At the same time Sapphire offered a lot of practical help and I was very happy to entrust my baby into her care, even when he was very young. She has a lovely, gentle manner with him, and I could see he really thrived from the playtime and interaction he had with her.
I would add that on each occasion Sapphire was always very punctual and professional, and also flexible the times when we needed more help.
Overall, Sapphire exceeded our expectations in every way and she will be a real asset to any family.

Sapphire is the closest thing to Mary Poppins we could have found and we were delighted with her work. She came to work for us 3 afternoons\ early evenings a week for 6 weeks. She came to us with glowing references from another childcare user and she lived up to all of it. She has been extremely punctual, reliable and hard working and has a lovely manner with children. She was wonderful with our 10 week old twins and I felt very confident leaving her in sole charge of them so that I could go out briefly to do things. She was excellent at getting them into a routine and gave good advice. She used her own initiative a lot making sure lots she addressed all aspects of the twins care and was good at planning her time to ensure all jobs were carried out. If she had had more availability we would have kept her for longer as we were very impressed with her. I also felt that she fitted in well with our family and genuinely enjoyed having her around. She would be an asset in any household and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Our very own magical Mary Poppins! As a first time Mummy Nanny Sapphire worked her magic with my Son. I had a non sleeping, non feeding baby to now a great feeder, sleeps through the night, happy, active baby. More to the point a HAPPY MUMMY!.
Nanny Sapphire gives me the confidence to follow through her tips, advice & plans ..... and they ALL work!
I use Nanny Sapphire on a regular basis for day & night. Trust her implicitly. Fantastic & THANK YOU!

We first met Sapphire when we needed some help with our premature, baby twins. I wanted to establish a routine which was gentle and flexible enough for our new arrivals but gave me some confidence to understand their needs and plan for times when I might need another pair of hands around!
Sapphire's initial consultation helped us make a schedule which incorporated the timings we were already using but with a couple of tweaks which gave immediate results in terms of the babies being more settled in the early evening. What had previously been our 'witching hour' now became time to make and eat dinner....as a couple!
Sapphire also helped with our nighttime routine, giving some respite to either myself or my Husband so we both got a long stretch of sleep and felt ready to face the next day, invaluable sleep at a time when it can become quite an obsession!
We have continued to consult with Sapphire at various developmental milestones, just to keep us on track and keep up my confidence levels. The latest advice has been around weaning and dropping the 'dreamfeed'.
The babies love the time they have with Sapphire, she has a really gentle, fun and caring approach which they respond to with plenty of smiles - and as a Mum you can't ask for more! I enjoy the time I have with Sapphire as I find her a valuable source of information and support

Sapphire worked with us for 7 months, looking after our 3 year old son and from the 2nd month, our twins. She has a gentle, enthusiastic manner, which all children that she met whilst with us, responded to. Whilst I credit her with getting us into a great routine (babies sleeping through at 4 months!), at no point did I feel anything other than I had a great support who I could talk to about anything and know that she was as interested as me in ensuring we had 3 contented, happy kids in the house. She is very practical and has an upbeat and positive outlook on life in general. Sapphire was part of our family for the 7 months she was working here and I am happy to rave about her to anyone who might want to check her references. If we could afford it she would still be working here but in the meantime I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Sapphire has worked as a night nanny and sleep trainer for our family. My boy aged 8 months had a habit of waking up twice every night and wanted to be fed. After 5 night's sleep training with Sapphire he started sleeping from 7pm till 7am without any milk! I finally could sleep too instead of being sleep deprived and tired. My baby is happy and well rested now.
I will continue to ask Sapphire to stay with my boy if we go out at night or I am away during the day as she is a great and experienced nanny. I could see she is a good expert on weaning, feeding, sleeping and very knowledgeable. She is nice and caring with babies. I had several different nannies in the past, 2 in their 40's but Sapphire is the only one who I am happy to give great references and 5 stars!

My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Sapphire.
Sapphire has been a Nanny for our son (now 9 months) and daughter (now 3.5) over the last 6 months. Our only regret is that we did not find her 2.5 years sooner when our daughter was just few months old!
Sapphire is a professional nanny, has all of the necessary qualifications, is reliable, trustworthy and most importantly babies and children love being with her. She is also a "tricks" genius and helped us establish our son into a routine/pattern in record time which really made a big difference.
We are delighted to be a reference for such a wonderful nanny.
